Working Hours

All communication with clients is done via email, Zoom, or the Voxer app.

When booking in a service, you’ll see the days and times your itinerary planner, travel agent, or travel coach will be available, as each team member’s schedule is different.

In general, hours of availability fall between 9am and 6pm of the local time zone to our team members.

While you’re traveling, if your package includes support during the trip, we’ll ensure you have access to at least one team member while you’re “on-the-ground.”

This includes during major holidays.

Closures & Holidays

Our offices are closed during all major U.S. Holidays.

We’re also closed on official holidays celebrated in the Philippines.

Please note our closures for 2026.

We generally aim to respond to all emails and inquiries within 72 hours of receiving them.

Please note that if an email is received on one of these holidays, that time may be extended.
