A trip is more than just a booking.
While we love travel, we understand that it can be quite stressful sometimes. Missed flights, travel delays, public transportation… we’ll meet with you to ensure you’re ready.
The Next Steps
Step #1: The Inquiry
You’ll submit some basic information about yourself, anyone else traveling with you, and the trip that you wish to take. You’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your details. Then, we’ll reach out within 72 hours.
Step #2: The CONSULT
We offer all new clients a free, 30-minute consult with us. This helps us learn more about who you are, and what you need. This is also a great time for you to ask us any questions you may have, and for us to go over what it’s like to work with us.
Step #3: The DELIVERY
For anyone who wants a customized itinerary created for them, they’ll receive a draft and a video recording outlining what we put together based on their initial inquiry. If revisions are needed, another draft will be sent. Two (2) revisions are included for itineraries. Otherwise, the final deliverable is sent within 7 days!
For travel coaching, you’ll select your coach and book in a time with them immediately.
For travel agent services, upon receiving your inquiry, we will connect you to one of our travel advisors, who will reach out to you themselves. Their email should come from “berlinbound.com”.
